New Team Members

We’re pleased to announce that, thanks to a generous donation received earlier this spring, we have welcomed two new team members to Twinberry Commons. These new positions bring valuable experience, creativity, and capacity to our growing community project and will play an important role in the next phase of developing Twinberry Commons’ work to support Blackberry Food Co-op, the Cottage Grove Public Market, and a vibrant community gathering space.

We’re excited to welcome Rosemary Kirincic as the new part-time Events & Community Engagement Coordinator for Twinberry Commons and the Cottage Grove Public Market.

Rosemary brings more than a decade of experience in community organizing, event coordination, grassroots leadership, and nonprofit management, along with a deep commitment to sustainability, local culture, and meaningful human connection.

A longtime member of the Cottage Grove community, Rosemary has worked with organizations including Climate Action Cottage Grove, Aprovecho, and the Axe & Fiddle, and brings a collaborative spirit, creativity, and passion for creating welcoming spaces where people can gather, learn, and thrive together.

We’re equally excited to welcome Lance Troxel as the new part-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator for Twinberry Commons.

Lance brings more than 20 years of experience in branding, storytelling, design, video, and creative direction, having worked with organizations and brands ranging from the American Cancer Society to community-focused nonprofits, festivals, and small businesses – including designing the logo for Territorial Seed Company.

With a passion for collaboration, local culture, and meaningful storytelling, Lance will help strengthen our communications, highlight our vendors and partners, and grow community engagement around the Public Market and Blackberry Food Co-op.
